1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

2Eligibility

Access to and use of the net77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems are not permitted to hold Player Accounts.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. net77 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited or restricted.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the net77 Platform under any self-exclusion programme, responsible gaming order, or administrative action by net77.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of net77 or any of its affiliated entities, game studios, or payment providers.

3Account Registration

To access the full range of net77 Services, you are required to create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your Account:

• Each Player may hold only one Account on the net77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
• You must provide a valid email address that you own and have exclusive access to. net77 uses email as a primary channel for account notifications, security alerts, and KYC correspondence.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify net77 immediately via our support channels if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• net77 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to disclose the reasons for such a decision, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or applicable regulations.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, net77 requires Players to complete the KYC verification process. This involves submitting a government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian National ID / KTP, or passport), proof of residential address, and — where relevant — proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC documents are reviewed within one business day. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being declined until verification is completed.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on net77 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following approved payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet).
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. No maximum deposit limit is applied at the platform level; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — regardless of the depositor's relationship to the Player — are strictly prohibited and will be returned upon detection.
• net77 does not charge any fees for deposits. Any fees levied by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's sole responsibility.
• Funds are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt by net77's payment systems. In rare cases of network delays, crediting may take up to 15 minutes.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.000 per transaction; players wishing to withdraw larger sums should contact our support team to arrange processing in tranches.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the net77 Account holder. net77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawals. Unverified Accounts will have withdrawal requests held pending until verification is completed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes for verified Accounts during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional security checks are required.
• net77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request where the amount is unusually large, where the Account shows irregular activity patterns, or where KYC information is incomplete or inconsistent.
• Winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully satisfied.

5Bonuses & Promotions

net77 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and the BRI Liga 1 season. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Any unfulfilled bonus and associated winnings will expire and be removed from the Account at the conclusion of this period.
• Bonus funds may not be used to wager on games or markets that are explicitly excluded from bonus play. Excluded games will be listed in the individual bonus terms. Where such exclusions exist and a Player wagers Bonus Funds on an excluded game, net77 reserves the right to void the relevant winnings.
• net77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited and in active play.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, collusion between Players to generate artificial wagering volume, or the systematic exploitation of bonus structures — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances.
• A Player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit bonus stacking.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity conducted through the net77 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. net77 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed wager except in cases of demonstrable technical error on the part of the Platform.
• net77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a manifest pricing error. Players will be notified and their stake refunded promptly in such circumstances.
• For sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1 fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia internationals, and all other listed markets — settlement is determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body at the conclusion of the event (including any extra time or penalty shootout where specified in the market description).
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market's rules as displayed at the time of placement. Typically, abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned unless a minimum playing period has elapsed.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. A single void selection will reduce the accumulator by one leg; however, a single losing selection settles the entire accumulator as lost.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products, results are determined by the official draw output of the licensed lottery operator supplying the data feed. net77 acts as a wagering intermediary and is not responsible for the conduct of the underlying draw.
• Live betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which the bet is settled.
• net77 reserves the right to impose bet limits — minimum and maximum stake amounts — on any market, game, Player Account, or session at its sole discretion.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the net77 Platform. Violation of any item in this clause constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person to register a duplicate Account.
• Using false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any suspected vulnerability must be reported to net77 support immediately and must not be exploited.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in live poker, or artificially inflate wagering volume for bonus purposes.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting in a systematic and organised manner that exploits mispriced odds for guaranteed profit at net77's expense.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing net77 staff, agents, or other Players in any support or communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit transaction after the deposited funds have been wagered.

8Intellectual Property

All content available on the net77 Platform — including but not limited to the net77 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the property of net77 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent from net77.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or content.
• Use any net77 brand assets, trademarks, or trade dress in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written authorisation.

Game content displayed on the Platform is provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others. All rights in such content remain with the respective studio owners.

9Privacy & Data

net77 is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered Players. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for Account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• net77 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data channels and stores personal data on secure, access-controlled servers.
• net77 does not sell or rent Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10Responsible Gaming

• Players must be at least 21 years of age. net77 enforces this requirement through KYC verification and ongoing account monitoring.
• net77 provides deposit limit tools, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion facilities. These tools are accessible through the Account settings or by contacting our support team.
• Players who believe their gambling behaviour may be becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use our self-exclusion programme, which can be activated immediately upon request and remains in effect for a minimum of six months.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, net77, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any specific Service, whether caused by maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or regulatory action.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or network infrastructure issues beyond net77's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or statistics displayed on the Platform due to data feed errors from third-party providers.
• Any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

net77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall in no circumstances exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits net77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12Amendments

net77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Players' rights or obligations — net77 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address registered to the Player's Account and by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and withdraw any remaining balance from your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

13Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which net77 is incorporated and holds its international gaming licence.

net77 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and complies with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction. While net77 serves Players based in Indonesia, the Platform is operated from an international jurisdiction, and these Terms are not subject to Indonesian domestic law governing gambling activities.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through net77's internal complaints procedure (see Section 14) shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
